Step 1: Roadmapping Session
A roadmapping session is a phone call that typically lasts 45-60 minutes, and gives clarity on the following:
- What is the ideal customer profile?
- What are the core problems Coupon Kickstart is trying to solve?
- What would it mean to overcome these challenges?
- What does success look like compared to the current reality?
- How does email copywriting fit into the overall marketing mix?
- What are the main benefits your product provides to your target market?
- What stories can we tell to connect with your target audience?
This session helps to ensure that we are both on the same page, and are focused on implementing solutions that solve the most pressing conversion issues for Coupon Kickstart.
It’s essentially a “deep dive” into the marketing side of the business. When a problem is thoroughly understood, the solution can be tailored accordingly.
Step 2: 10 Professionally Written Emails.
Depending on who you are targeting with your emails, these could be lead nurturing emails, or direct response sales emails (most likely a combination of the two).
Based on our roadmapping session, I’ll have a clear picture of how to approach your customers with the correct mixture of helpful advice and persuasive sales language. A balance will be achieved that will result in your free trial users taking action, without feeling pressured.
